The Junction Health Centre is located right beside Clapham Junction Station, under the arches. This site is for registered patients with pre-booked appointments, as well as walk-in patients. It is open seven days a week including bank holidays. The site is easily accessible by public transport with all the main bus routes in and around the town centre.

The Junction Health Centre is at Arches 5-8, Clapham Junction Station, 5-8 Grant Rd, London, SW11 2NU. The practice is next door to Clapham Junction station; just outside the Grant Road exit.
When is the surgery open?
The surgery is open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. As well as providing a service for registered patients, it also has a walk-in centre for registered and non-registered patients.

How do I get to the surgery?
The Junction Health Centre is easily accessible by foot and public transport. The practice is next door to Clapham Junction station, just outside the Grant Road exit, and the 170 bus stops right outside the surgery. It is also accessible via other major bus routes which stop outside the St Johns exit of Clapham Junction station. Unfortunately there is no free parking at the surgery.
What services does the surgery offer?
The Junction Health Centre offers a wide range of healthcare services, including GP and practice nurse appointments, contraceptive services, medication reviews, smoking cessation services, vaccinations, cervical cancer screenings and flu vaccinations, plus care from our nurses including blood tests, dressings and ECGs. The surgery services both registered and non-registered patients, with a walk-in centre that offers treatment, information and advice for a range of minor illnesses and injuries.
Is the surgery wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The surgery is on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchairs.
Do I have to book an appointment to see a GP or nurse at the surgery?
Yes. If you want to see a GP or a nurse at the surgery you need to book an appointment. You can book appointments via your online Personal Health Hub or by calling 0333 321 0946 between 8am and 8pm every day. Appointments can be made up to four weeks in advance.
If you are not a registered patient of Practice Plus, you are welcome to use the walk-in services at the surgery.
How can I register with the surgery?
